Allard Hall Locker Assignment

Locker Allocation in Allard Hall

Reminder: all students, including those with priority locker access, must apply/re-apply to the locker allocation every year.

Priority for Lockers
Students with health conditions who would benefit from priority locker assignment should note their specific situation in the "Special Requests/Comments" box below. Questions about the locker priority should be directed to the Assistant Dean, Students Kaila Mikkelsen.

Locker Allocation
Lockers will be assigned to JD students after students with priority locker assisgnment are accommodated.  Students who had lockers over the summer or in the 2016-2017 academic year must re-apply if they are seeking a locker for the 2017-2018 academic year. Students may not be reassigned the same locker or locker location.

In the event that the number of students seeking lockers exceeds the number of available lockers, Student Services will conduct a random lottery to assign lockers to students. Students may elect to apply for a locker as a single or apply as a pair to share a locker. In previous years, all students were able to receive a locker without sharing and this year, if students apply as a pair and there are enough lockers for everyone then all students will receive an individual locker.

Given the limited number of lockers, the following students are discouraged from applying for a locker or are encouraged to apply as a pair:
  • Students on exchange for one or more terms
  • Students participating in an off-site clinic or externship
  • Students who live close to the law school
  • Students who have access to office space in Allard Hall
How to Apply for a Locker
Please fill out all required information below. Applications will be accepted until noon on Wednesday, September 6, 2017.

Locker Assignment
Student names and corresponding locker numbers will be posted in the basement locker area within one week of the deadline. Students should note their locker number and place a lock on the assigned locker. Students must provide their own locks.
