International Seating Symposium 2018: AV Requirements (Plenary Sessions)

We will provide: 
A laptop 
A podium LCD projector and a screen for your powerpoint presentation
A presenter table for the laptop and your notes
Podium Mic and table mics (please fill in the comments section for additional needs, e.g. if you wish to request lapel mics). 


You will need to bring: Your PowerPoint presentation on a USB. Instructions for uploading your presentation to the conference laptop will be sent a few weeks before the conference.
