CampOUT! 2017 Camper Application

Hi there!

Thanks for your interest in CampOUT! July 5 - July 8, 2017. We’d like to get to know you a bit better and have some questions to help you reflect on a couple things. Please read our Community Agreement and set aside 40 minutes to complete this application. If applications are tricky for you, please ask someone to help you or contact us. You may find it helpful to use the PDF or Word version of this form to look through all the questions first, draft your answers, and then copy them into this online application in case of server or form issues. If you would prefer to do this via video submission, please contact us.
This year we are able to invite 65 campers to participate in CampOUT! 2017. The application process includes:

  • Filling out this application, our selections committee will work hard to identify a diverse group from around BC and the Yukon to attend camp and for our waitlist. Some applicants may be referred to other programs in your area
  • If your application is successful, we’ll send you an email with a registration form and waivers after April 30th. If you are under 19, be advised that we will require parent/guardian signatures of consent if you are selected to attend CampOUT!
  • At that time, a $25 confirmation fee will also be required to hold your place at camp. This $25 is the only fee required to attend CampOUT!
NOTE: If you don't check your email regularly and will be relying on help from your parent/guardian or service provider to get to camp and fill out your emergency and medical info, consider using their email as your primary contact so that we can communicate with you most effectively.
