Second choice indicates that you have the course material competency to be a teaching assistant for the course but that it is not your preference.

Cannot do (default response) indicates that you do not have the required course material competency to be a teaching assistant for the course. Note: You can select this option manually, or it will be automatically recorded for you if you leave all three choices blank for a given course.
